Instructions for tax-free deliveries to company's*

Conditions for a tax-free delivery to business customers:

  • Your company has its registered office / place of registration in one of the countries in all the rest of the european community area*
  • A valid sales tax identification number (UID) exists.
  • The delivery address is located in one of the countries in all the rest of the european community area, in which we offer delivery*²
  • How to apply a tax-free delivery:

    1. Create a new customer account in our webshop.
    2. Please select "company" in the registration process and enter all information according to the official registration of your company. (these information will be used for billing address at a later point of time)
    3. Enter the complete sales tax identification number (UID) incl. country prefix into the field "tax ID".
    4. Go on and complete the registration of the customer account.
    5. After you finished the registration process, we will automatically receive an eMail with your company information.
    6. It´s our turn: we check and verify these information immediately.
    7. Since we've verified your company successfully, you will receive a confirmation via eMail.
    8. Please wait for this eMail. Afterwards, please logout and login to your account again! The changed account status will be shown in your account interface: "VAT FREE ACTIVE"
    9. The displayed prices now are excl. VAT and you are able to use all offered payment methods.
